Terms & Conditions 

1. Booking and Deposit:

   - A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. 

 

2. Payment:

   - The remaining balance of the service fee is due upon completion of the cleaning service. Payment can be made by cash or BACS payment.

 

3. Cancellation Policy:

   - You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

   - No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full balance of the service fee.

 

4. Scope of Services:

   - The services provided will be as described and agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities:

   - It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible for cleaning at the scheduled time and location. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges or cancellation of the appointment.

 

6. Quality of Service:

   - We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us immediately so we can address any concerns.

 

7. Liability:

   MTC Autoshine is not liable for any damages or losses to the vehicle or its contents during the cleaning process, unless caused by negligence on our part.

 

8. Contents:

   - Please remove any valuable items and personal belongings from the vehicle before the cleaning service begins.
