  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can book directly through our website at www.mtcautoshine.com/book-online , Message through our social media channels, call us at 07944 99294, or email mtcautoshine@outlook.com. Early bookings are recommended, especially for premium or ceramic coating services. If you have any queries or concerns We would be more than happy to answer these prior to booking.
  • What services do you offer?
    We provide a full range of mobile car valeting and detailing services, including exterior washes, interior deep cleans, paint decontamination, machine polishing, and ceramic coatings. Visit our Services Page for a detailed breakdown of our packages.
  • How long does a typical service take?
    Service durations vary by package: • Essential & Executive: 1–3 hours • Prestige: 3–5 hours • Premium, Premium+ & Platinum (machine polishing & ceramic coatings): 6–10+ hours. We ensure meticulous work without rushing the process.
  • Is your shampoo and product range safe for my car’s paint and sealants?
    Absolutely. Our detailing products are designed to enhance your car’s finish while preserving any existing waxes or sealants. If you have any queries around your paint protections - reach out to our team to put your mind to rest.
  • Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
    Just ensure there is space around your vehicle for us to work and access to your driveway if possible. If you’re in a public or restricted area, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We recommend any valuables or items to keep are removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    We kindly ask that if you wish to cancel your appointment you ensure we have 48 hours notice. For cancellations within 48 hours your deposit will be non refundable. Should any cancellations (within 24 hours) or no shows occur you may be liable to pay in full.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We primarily serve Surrey, however we do serve East Sussex, South London & parts of Kent. If you are outside these regions, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.
  • What is needed for a valet or detailing appointment?
    For a valet or detailing appointment, please ensure there is space around your vehicle for us to work and access to your driveway if possible. Access to water and electricity would be a bonus for our detailer. However, if you are unable to provide water, we can bring our own.
